As our celebration takes place in the countryside, we have arranged shuttle buses throughout the weekend so you can relax and enjoy the festivities without worrying about transportation. Accommodation

To make the weekend as seamless as possible, we have pre-reserved your accommodation from Thursday 6th to Sunday 9th August 2026 at the following locations: Hotel des Consuls – Castelnau-de-MontmiralLa Verrerie – GaillacChâteau de Salette For those arriving on Wednesday 5th or departing earlier, we have confirmed your individual requests directly with the hotels. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who responded so promptly and sent us the information needed to secure the reservations. Shuttle Service A shuttle service will operate on both Friday and Saturday, collecting and dropping off all guests staying at these hotels, as well as anyone staying in Gaillac town centre.Please refer to the Weekend Shuttles page for full details and departure times. Payment Information Guests staying at Hotel des Consuls or La Verrerie will settle their accommodation directly with the hotel upon arrival.When checking in, please provide the names of all guests staying in your room and mention that you are part of the Tara &amp; Jake wedding. Important Note The hotels have very kindly blocked these dates in advance for our guests’ convenience. Please note that from 3rd July 2026, all bookings will become final and full payment will be due, even in the event of cancellation. We can’t wait to share this special weekend with you

Other accommodation If you prefer to arrange your own accommodation but would still like to use the shuttle, we recommend booking in the town centre of Gaillac or within walking distance of one of the hotels listed above, to ensure you’re close to a pick-up point. CHATEAU DE SALETTE

<a href="https://www.chateaudesalettes.com/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Château de Salettes – Cahuzac-sur-Vère</a> A beautifully restored 13th- and 15th-century château offering elegant rooms and stunning vineyard views. If you wish to stay here, please contact the château directly and mention that you are part of the Tara &amp; Jake wedding party. Please note that this is a higher-end option. The château is not located in Gaillac, but the shuttle bus will stop here en route.

LA REVERDIE

Hiring a car will give you greater flexibility throughout the weekend, but shuttle buses will also be provided from Gaillac and Castlenau de Montmiral to the Wedding and Day 2. By Train: If you would prefer not to drive, you can take a train from Toulouse Matabiau to Gaillac, which takes around 45 minutes. Tickets can be booked in advance online through SNCF Connect.
